Windows 365 – Access

Windows 365 is a cloud-based service that gives you access to your own Cloud PC, a new type of virtual machine. You can have your own personalized apps, content, and settings on the Cloud PC.
If you are new to Aras, please navigate to one of the following links to install the Windows 365 app.

If you are an Aras employee with a corporate laptop, you can launch the Cloud PC from the desktop app labeled *Windows App* after a Cloud PC has been provisioned to your account. A Service Request can be found here: https://helpdesk.aras.com/support/catalog/items/150

Once logged into the Windows App, you will be presented with the systems that have been assigned to your account.
Select the Connect button to open the Cloud PC.

Please note you have additional options for the Cloud PC within the 3 ellipses next to the Cloud PC name, many are available only after connecting to the Cloud PC. Some notables are shown below:
- Restart - (The Cloud PC)
- Reset - (Start a fresh instance)
- Restore - (System restore points are set every 12 hours)
- Rename - (Personalize the display name)

- Pin to > Taskbar
- Add to Task View
**Existing Aras users: data that has been backed up to Onedrive will be available in the normal folder locations (Desktop, Documents, etc).
